Week 3 EOC: Making Money for Good

A company contributing to the well being of society is a grand marketing approach for the sake of humanity. Below posted are three of hundreds of products that are sold for proceeds to go to charitable organizations.

Starbucks is a participant of the fight against AIDS in Africa as many retailers across America are, especially clothing retailers. Their savvy approach to combine part of the culture's rich ingredients into the product adds a special touch and gives its buyers more of a reason to make a contribution.

starbucks red

(Starbucks)RED is a whole bean coffee that Starbucks introduced to support the (PRODUCT) RED charity, a charity that partners with various retailers to raise money through the sale of special products that goes towards providing treatment for children and adults living with HIV in Africa. ..$1 per pound of this blend goes towards the charity, so you get good coffee and support a good cause all in one cup…a blend of Rwandan and Ethiopian coffees that is supposed to evoke some of the classic characters of African coffees.”
